Welcome to Opulent Mantra--Massage Retreat by Eileen. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our massage services. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client. I reserve the right to refuse service when necessary to maintain the integrity of my practice. As a graduate of an accredited school in California, I offer only ethical, legal, and therapeutic services through Opulent Mantra — Massage Retreat by Eileen. 😊💆‍♀️🌿

 

 

Acceptable forms of payment are as follows:

Most credit/debit cards, GooglePay, Cash App Pay, Afterpay, Cash (we do not carry change).

 

 

Gratuity is always appreciated but never expected. The greatest compliment you can give is choosing to continue your self-care journey with me. Regular massage—whether monthly or bi-weekly—can be a powerful way to support your overall wellness, and I warmly encourage making therapeutic sessions a meaningful part of your year-round self-care routine. 💆‍♀️🌿

 

Important rules and disclaimers

By booking a massage with Opulent Mantra, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Massage release of liability: The therapist is not responsible for the client's reaction to massage therapy, aromatherapy, stretching, or paraffin wax.
  • Right to refuse service: The therapist has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  • Appointment booking: Pre-booking at least the day prior to session is appreciated, however, clients must book appointments at least one hour in advance unless during special days and times when walk-ins are allowed.
  • No-show policy: If a client fails to arrive for their appointment three times, they may be refused future services, and any gift certificates in their possession may be revoked unless transferred to a different person who has not failed to arrive for appointments three times.

Gift Certificates

Please be aware:

  • Gift certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Gift certificates for a FREE one hour session may be gifted to someone you know.
  • E-Gift Card Policy:
    Massage therapy e-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. E-gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to another individual, but they may not be resold or used for promotional purposes without authorization. The recipient must present the e-gift card at the time of booking or appointment. E-gift cards will not be replaced if lost, deleted, or stolen. Expiration dates, if applicable, are listed on the card. Appointment availability is subject to scheduling policies.

Health conditions and suitability

For your safety and well-being, please note the following:

  • Prenatal massage: We do not offer prenatal massage services.
  • Age restriction: We do not provide massage services to minors under the age of 18.
  • We do not provide geriatric massage service.
