With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients find relief from neck, shoulder, arm, and upper back tension, mid to low back stiffness, and chronic pain. I have always naturally worked through intention and intuition. I listen to what each client verbally asks for prior to the start of the session, observe the muscle and body's reaction to each pressure level and technique, check-in with my client regularly, and I deliver the session with my own style in combination with the modalities learned in school, through self-study, years of practice, and using therapeutic skills I have discovered to best treat each client.
