Stomach massage to relieve menstrual cramping, reduce bloating, and improve circulation and promote better digestion (added to any session)

A Face & Scalp massage to improve blood circulation, boost hair growth, reduce headaches, and relieve tension of the face
OM - 25
Head, face, and neck massage to relieve tension of the head, face, and neck muscles.
OM - 30
Relaxing massage to relieve tension of the head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hand muscles.
OM - 45
A relaxing and therapeutic massage to relieve tension of the head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, and back muscles
OM - 60
One full hour of therapeutic massage therapy tailored to your specific condition
OM - 75
A full body massage tailored to your specific focal points, aromatherapy, and warm towels
OM - 90
An hour and a half of pure relaxation and therapeutic massage tailored to your condition and requested focal points and hot stones upon request
OM - 105
A full body massage tailored to your specific state of being and requested session goals and stretching to relax and recharge
OM - 120
A full body two-hour therapeutic massage session (must be approved by therapist)
Deep tissue massage
Target chronic muscle pain and tension with focused, deep pressure. Ideal for athletes, those with injuries, or individuals seeking relief from persistent discomfort (Deep Tissue may be added to any session for no additional cost).
Session Additions
OM - Aroma - 100% Essential Oils added to any session
OM - HS - Half (Half body hot stones -- added to any hour or longer session)
OM - HS - Full (Full body hot stones -- added to any hour or longer session)
OM - Arthritis Relief - Paraffin wax applied to hands to moisturize skin, soothe soreness, and relieve arthritis symptoms.
Assisted Stretching
OM - 15 - Stretch Only
Assisted stretching session for specific areas of focus (must wear soft and/or loose-fitted clothing to session)
OM - 30 - Stretch Only
A full body assisted stretching session (must wear soft/loose-fitted clothing to session)
